Kate Walker is an Associate at Will Edwards Lawyers and graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2002 with a Batchelor of Commerce and Laws degree. She was admitted as a Practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2003.
She specialises in a wide range of commercial matters including domestic and commercial conveyancing, Property Transactions, Business Sales and Acquisitions, Commercial and Residential Leasing, Partnership, Trust and Company set-ups. Kate also specialises in the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and can assist in Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration.
Kate is currently on the board of The Old Launcestonians Association and Student Works and is currently the Public Officer for the Northern Tasmanian Netball Association.
Kate maintains a strong involvement with both Netball and Touch Football.
